I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how very grateful Chris & I are to you for making our “first time house purchase” a truly wonderful experience.  I shopped for homes with many realtors prior to meeting you, but felt most comfortable with you because of your honesty, integrity, and professionalism.  You were with us every step of the way, even months after we were in our house you called to check and ensure that everything was ok with our home and see how we were doing…that’s giving new meaning to the word “personalized service”.  You were also a really great help in assisting us to manage our expectations realistically in dealing with this volatile real estate market.
